Never realised it was the day where I should set my butt at the graduation ceremony in the Sheffield, UK
The place i'd been living for quite some time, 6 months to 2 years i supposed
Felt like it was time to head back to Malaysia from time to time
And now that I'm back, nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm?
*think think thinking, staring into space and recalling those days*
Seems like it was a great start and finish line but nothing has been achieved yet
A master degree? So far, not seeing any value added
Good money earned? Not much
Good time? I reserve the right not to give an answer without an attorney :p
Then what could I do?
Punching the 'like' button on 'ex' coursemates' walls and posts
End of story
and night peep

Master Degree Graduation Ceremony @ One World Hotel 27.02.2011

Here I would like to tag:

Over the Past 8 Months in the UK

~ She was once ~

*rebelled in a soft way
*thinking of kick starting her career here
*being so emotional and had the upset moment here
*neglected something she shouldn't be neglecting

~ She Has Been ~

*missing many of you loads
*striving hard for her studies
*fantasizing about tomorrow, about the future
*trying to forget the past
*counting down days to be home
*feeling sorry for things she has done and has not
*surrounded with such loving and influential people in her life

~ And Now, She is ~

*still counting down days to be back to where she belongs (10 more days from now!!)
*looking forward to seeing you, you, you and you
*feeling grateful to be given a chance to make things up to someone

~ When the Past Stays in the Past, She will ~

*wanna be the most ordinary yet wonderful lady in the world
*reaching for more than she deserves
*continue her second half of the journey in the UK by having her pillar of strengths side by side
*one day come back and whisper into your ear,

''I am home for you''

Long Lost Sista

Was doing nothing, having her butts in front of the lappie, and that leah found a time-to-time-MIA-friend of hers through FB

Hey u darling, 5 years++ back from now, we made the deepest shit and troubles, had all the laughter, tears, and hugs during that 3 months National Service

Ran away from her own dorm, she with her belongings gone to your dorm. We shared one single bed, showered together in sarung, pretended to be sick to avoid trainings and marching (and to enjoy air cond in the mobile clinic), yelling and fighting with the 'hamsap' camp commander, failed to turn up for most of the evening exercise sessions, rushing to be the 1st for shower before others grab all the foods in the canteen, sneaked into the kitchen to request for more fruits, having second phone to be kept secretly and personally, ordering take-away from the nearest cafe using our 'secret gateway', so much more to be recalled. Wow, can't believe she was once so daring and rebellious, thanks to u, love :p

Was guessing we were the only two smarties that cheered over the end of the National Service when most of them hugging each other with dripping tears. that was a total relieve. Though we didn't enjoy the program, yet we did enjoy the time spent together, didn't we?

Having ourselves at the different end of the world, leah wishes you the best of luck and god bless. Stay happy as always

**Shall share with you again more pictures that we had together, okay? (No worries, we both look odd and plump) :p

Lost and Found

The first year of Leah's primary school life begun in a Malay school, kinda outskirt and rural area, somewhere near grandpa's house. Even till now, she had no idea why her parents would sent her to a Malay school when her siblings were studying in Chinese school. Worrying she wouldn't be able to speak Mandarin as and when she grew, she was the only one who spoke Mandarin with father at home (by force !#$^&%#^%*&)

There was this girl whom she got so close with (and the only one she could remember). Her name popped up into mind all of sudden one night. and she FOUND her in FB!! Thank god you use your real full name as display name. You said we had crazy time and laughing our head off. Girl, you're right, its been 15 years since we last met.

The only 3 things Leah could recall about us:

1. We were the top student in the class
2. Had your name written on one of my Malay story books
3. We were told there was this 'supernatural thingy' in the ladies washroom and together checking out with mates in tudung

The excitement is just indescribable to catch up with a long-lost-standard-one-best-friend again.

The bond in between may fades, but friendship does not, it keeps sailing

**********************************************************************************

The taste of Heineken still feels like heavenly smell in throat as compared to the first sip Leah had some time ago. This may probably imply that this is the premium larger for her, not the people nor environment that matters. (Look, brewed in Holland)

The Oranje will march till the end!!

A Strange Dream

Again, am here to share a dream (call it nightmare if you want to) -17th June 2010 -3.00pm UK time zone-

It should sound like a sweet and adorable dream with encouragement and motivation, but why would she got up to find herself frightened with her heart beating wildly?

Someone in the dream texts this: (have no idea who this person is)

Do not intentionally avoid strangers coming towards you

but

Do not waste your time showering one with your spillover kindness

and

Not to treat someone warm-hearted-ly for the rest of your life blindly

unless

One day, someone makes you his

Where am I

I am no longer anywhere

I was somewhere

to make some parts of your memories cheerful

-Everything was in a hasty-

Though she felt startled, this is a dream that she does not want to forget, so she puts them in the blog. Things are just hard to be explained. This dream determined the entire mood of the day

-lifeless-

XOXO

Passing by Card Factory reminds leah of Father's Day, but when is it to be exact?

Caught the sight of newcomers and summer school kids hanging around the Sheffield city and streets with cameras in one hand, fruitful purchases in the other. Were once just like them, weren't we?

As soon as the day which Father's Day falls on is found out (because knowing, means being able to act), is hereby in advanced giving my dad - big hugs and kisses virtually. Catch that in your dream.

Love,

XOXO
